Narration was ok. Story started out strong but got less plausible as it progressed. Main character not well written. After the first big twist in the story I was rooting against him.

The story is fun meta and all meta that touches and uses both real and fantasy meta in its meta world story with even meta jokes about lit rpg and cultivation tales if you can spot them. If you like playing spot the lore like I do you will enjoy it.

I have listen to all five in a row, and in record time. These are great.

The author seems to waist the readers time by listing 20 minutes of stats on dozens of characters, A normal person only wants stats on the main character, a good 5-7 hours of every book is about listing to repetitive stats instead of advancing the plot. Narrator is one of my faves. The dramatised versions are currently free but I prefer the narrator so am happy to pay. Great books if you love sci-fi fantasy and fun!

I really like the main character. Movie actor too selfish and stupid. The other characters were somewhat shallow.

Great look at our future! The character dialog was both believable and hilarious. Looking forward to the next adventure!

I have listened to this series like 4 or 5 times now.. Never gets old.. I can’t believe these books were never more popular than they are!!! They’re so good and the narrator makes them very easy to listen to!!! I’d highly recommend 🫶🏽

everything was great as always exept Zach every Zach chapter just drug on and on saying the same thing over and over
