I have listened to 1-8 now. I have throughly enjoyed this series, however, 8 seems to have forgotten the past characters. I’ll see if 9 brings the storyline to completion.

Great story line and very enjoyable. Would have given 5 stars but the high IW intelligent main character that is oblivious of, or has no reaction or suspicion of any character introduced or “reintroduced”, takes the realism of the story down quite a bit. These books are funny and plot driven and fairly clever. But the sexism and heteronormative storylines (think Heavy Metal) are hard to ignore. Wish it wasn’t so heavy handed or I would read more. Ugh

Fantastic listen. I’ll have a hard time waiting for the next installment. What a cruelWorld this is set in.

The writer doesn’t seem to remember what happened in the previous chapter and pushes the story any direction he likes railroading the previously set context.

This series is fun right now. It feels like the quintessential Webnovel, a lot of cool stuff but could use some content editing. The narration was really well done.
