Fist experience with this author but not the last. Selected it (honestly) for the length, 55 hours, for one credit but throughly enjoyed the two main characters- Zed and Murphy – and the authors ability to keep their friendship going through 9 books. A top post apocalyptic story Highly recommended without reservation

I laughed and cries in the story. I enjoyed this book and the other ones before this one.

Kept me locked in from start to finish! Great narration, and performance throughout the entire series of nine books.

The series overall was very well done. A few books got a bit samey but the story moved fast and was always interesting. Zeds journey was a hell of a ride and I’m really happy the Slow Burn series has returned for another run.

Loved both this and Dad’s vs Zombies. The performance was excellent. He was able to create distinct voices for each character that made it both hilarious and clear. These books crack me up cuz they remind me of all the Dad’s in my suburban childhood. 🤣

Not usually a fan of horror, but had so much fun with this fast paced story. The narration was masterful!

it was a little slow right off the bat. but I loved it and can’t wait for more in the series
