Wow, I just finished this fascinating book. So intense, difficult to stop listening. I’m proud to have listened to it but sorry that it happen and I remember some of that history. Had just seen JFK in open car in San Diego a couple months before. Am giving this a a birthday gift next week.

zombie fan boy but honestly in the genre here, realistic characters, legitimate storyline. (wheat harvester aside)

The dialog was awful. but, “Whatever.” As character development goes, what’s less than one-dimensional? Except for the lead character. Unfortunately, he was so unappealing I could have cared less if he got killed off in the first book, except that it would have been nice because it would have saved me listening to the other..

I had to keep reading to see if what I anticipated was accurate. I never really predicted anything and at the end I was glad that the good guys survived and the bad guy got what he deserved.

I love that the characters don’t fit in normal boxes like good and evil, right or wrong…

This series are the best books I’ve ever come across. I enjoy different genres but have listened to A LOT of dystopian fiction and these are by far the best, but I can’t stress enough they aren’t just the best dystopian zombie apocalypse books they are the best books period. I can predict the next..

I’m a high fan of the Duck and cover series. I love the characters in the short stories some old friends and some new.

This book is truly a masterpiece. It blends sci-fi, adventure and light comedy smoothly. This story has plenty of action!. You will throughly enjoy this book as much as I did.

There is just something about this series between the narrator and author that just make me want to listen more and onto the next book.

I really liked this box set. the writing and story got better as it went on. I recommend this. Very excited and fun story.
