As a Fins fan I loved the book. His love for football and wildlife is fantastic
Great book
Review from Head On →
This is a mixture of The Creature Wasn’t Nice, Spaceballs and other random 80s and 90s absurdity and I mean that in the nicest of ways. The story is fun and fresh with well developed characters. Phil Thron was perfection, as usual.
OMG this series is amazing! I can’t get enough and crave more! My kids listen with me and they stay interested the whole time. They love the narrator and try to guess where the series will go next!
This book was awesome just as good as book one, the focus does come off Ryun some but there is still plenty of chapters focused on him to keep him fresh in the front of your mind. Just wanted to leave another positive review since I read some bad ones before listening.
I enjoyed this book and loved the narration. However when anyone had a look at their status screens and started reading their titles and abilities it became daunting. I would find myself skipping 15 minutes and it would still be going. Please shorten that but otherwise great book.
Well worth the credit! Yes, the book jumps around but it doesn’t make it confusing. It starts at the present and as it progresses the past from level zero is threaded in cleanly. Yes their are stats, and they are minimal. Other reviewers are likely new to Litrpg. I would rank this with “Primal Hunter”..
Why did he start doing dumb stuff that caused him more problems and slowed the story down? Risking his cover, standing there waiting to be seen when he has a teleportation scroll. Growing a pair then backing down right after because bending over is what a good person does? And there is a lot more..
The narrators voice is awesome and tells the story well, I binged all 9 books in this set with in 2 weeks.
I absolutely enjoyed this series. The first 2 hours were a bit of a slog but it was worth it. I am running out of Ken Lozito books to listen to. The first colony series is just as good.
