The full performance/ “movie in your head” is not what I want. Give me the Phil Thon narration. Please.
I’m about 44 hours into the story that I listen to on the way the way to work. Phil Thron is a fantastic narrator with a voice similar to James Spader which greatly enhances the experience. The story may not be the most original but the execution is flawless. Zed, a regular nobody comes home..
Despite the series being this long, none of the books lacked action or a reason to believe Zed would die. Looking forward to reading the next series.
Something new from Hunter and I’m loving it. Sol is the perfect hero. He has flaws and more human than most humans. The storyline really makes you think because it hits home. The characters are very good and totally relatable. I love Harry and his sassy whit. can’t wait for the next installment
I love Ryan Rimmel’s Noobtown series so I thought I would give this a shot. I had an open mind when reading this book. I read it to the end, hoping it would offer something to keep my attention or some of Ryan’s humorous flare. It didn’t. For those who found this an entertaining read,..

I love post apocalypse stories, however, this one was too repetitive and slow. The math on the “infected” to survivor ratio was vastly exaggerated to the point of hilarity. After which, I started to skip chapters only to discover the same trite scene. I’m not sure why authors are publishing multi-part sagas, when they clearly..
This was an awesome first book for a series. Sol is a complicated character. He has these amazing powers but they are hard to control and can even hurt those he tries to save. Despite that, he’s still out there doing his best. The narration was excellent. The story was fantastic. There’s even a twist..
