Breezed through it. Great supplement to a rewatching of The Godfather. Do it. It won’t waste your time.

I’m not usually a fan of bang-bang, shoot em up novels, but I LOVED ‘Slow Burn.” Was there gratuitous violence and gore? Absolutely! Would I change anything about the series? Absolutely Not! Bobby Adair is an excellent storyteller and Phil Thron brought everything together with his narration!

Glad the story continues. In my opinion, it is the best post apocalyptic series to date.

I really liked the realistic use of levity in the serious material. there were real consequences for the characters and I came to really care about them.

As usual this was fun and silly and very entertaining. I love Splurt! SPOILER: Are we moving onto a new villain? That would be great. It would also be fun to have The Space Teens in future books. I am crossing my fingers!

I loved the past 9 books but this has been my favorite. Every portion of this story has been entertaining with action, comedy or heart string moments. Bobby really helps continue the story of our rag tag team of survivors and Phil again brings them to life. Highly recommend this book and if Bobby finds..

In a genre fill with bad writing and stale tropes, this is a breath of fresh air. There is ZERO political commentary and over sexualization. You add on top of that a great narrator and you have a experience well worth the price of admission.
