This was one of those books that you have an incredibly hard time pausing. I was hooked from the very beginning, and I felt like this was a somewhat terrifyingly believable unfolding of a post-apocalyptic/pandemic world.

The boxed set makes this worth the cost of a credit. Each individual book just seems to end abruptly so I wouldn’t be happy with the books on their own but as a set it works.

I am not a zombie enthusiast and most the time I won’t listen to this style of story but the author and narrator did great work. I truly enjoyed this box set so much I have listened to it more than once. Thank you
Zed and Murphy are fantastic. I was almost depress when the first series ended. I remember thinking at first that this was just another dumb zombie book. I was SOOOO wrong. I REALLy appreciate how long it was. Please don’t stop this series!!!
My first listen to this series was very good. I missed Zed and Murphy and the gang and went back for a second listen and it probably won’t be my last. Go for it…..

Loved it! Narrator was on point and storyline was unpredictable. I’m devastated that it’s over! No character was safe and the description of Texas was pretty much spot on. I also liked that the narrator did not affect a southern accent.
