This was one of those books that you have an incredibly hard time pausing. I was hooked from the very beginning, and I felt like this was a somewhat terrifyingly believable unfolding of a post-apocalyptic/pandemic world.

Loved it! Narrator was on point and storyline was unpredictable. I’m devastated that it’s over! No character was safe and the description of Texas was pretty much spot on. I also liked that the narrator did not affect a southern accent.
