I love the way Thurgood is so oblivious to his own ego. Phil Tron, as always, nails the character. I’ve enjoyed every Benjamin Wallace book I’ve read and listened to Phil narrate. I’m looking forward to the next one.

LOVE this story. Listen day and night! All 35+ hours! Dialogue is excellent. Character development is amazing. I’m through 13 books in this series now. They’re really fun if not a little low brow. Kept me entertained. The narration is great.
I didn’t enjoy the sense of humor presented here. It’s not fun to watch a group of incompetent people goof around and take EVERYTHING lightly (including death and torture). I know it’s supposed to be a comedy, but at this point all character seem detached from reality and need help.
I’m a big fan of audiodramas this one just doesn’t seem to work for me. It could just be that I love the original narration and am not a fan of the new voices and way the narrator parts are done now. just doesn’t seem as funny.
