This was a good series, it was well written and very well narrated. I listened to it while at work which helped pass the time. I could identify with much of the story being from Texas. This is a story of friendship, love, and extreme danger with extreme courage in a world fallen apart.

I love the way Thurgood is so oblivious to his own ego. Phil Tron, as always, nails the character. I’ve enjoyed every Benjamin Wallace book I’ve read and listened to Phil narrate. I’m looking forward to the next one.
