I really enjoyed this story. It was entertaining and kept my interest which is saying something considering how long it is. I don’t love swearing and it had a lot of that but overall it wasn’t filled with too much goofy drama. Now I need to find something else to listen to.

Religion once again is evil for no reason. The MC is enlightened and knows better than everybody else. Worse even is the completely lack of “science”. The only thing worse than a smug MC is a smug MC that is so inept.

Honestly the other character zack is annoying AF, but Ryon is BA. Gotta make it through the first 1/3 of the book

I enjoyed this story. It was a lot of fun and I laughed out loud several times. I have to admit that one character was very annoying to me half the book but grew on me in the 2nd half.

Didn’t like the story…talking dogs…just not for me. Sorry I bought this. The end.

This one has so many twists and turns. It also has an unexpected tragedy. Heroes never die, but not in this book. Excellent listen until the end!!

There was never a dull moment, very entertaining story. I couldn’t wait to get to the end to see what happened.

Great progression in plot, character, and power. Things come to a head at the end. This and the first book feels like a satisfying first arc of the story. Can’t wait for more!

I love that the book goes into the nitty-gritties of necromancy, like how the bones need to be preped, removing the flesh, etc. It makes the magic system feel a lot more grounded and impactful. It gives off a nerdy vibe in a good way. It’s also surprisingly interesting and doesn’t get in the way..
