I could not even make it though the first 3 chapters. Dumb, boring, and a waist of time.

if you can turn off reality for yourself, it’s an ok story. I’m in it now so I’ll finish it, but (slight spoiler) the end of the third book made me want to stop, it was the most ridiculous of all the stupid moments our boy “the librarian” puts himself into. the whole story flip..
Ugh. This sequel to The Forgers is frustratingly boring and unsatisfying. By employing his too-clever “unreliable narrator” gimmick in the first book, the author makes Will maddeningly unsympathetic at the end. While Morrow could pat himself on the back for springing the surprise, it also meant that any sequel was going to be tricky. Anyone..
The narrator’s voice for Lorin sounds exactly like the actor Curtis Armstrong. It’s not bad, just kind of a funny coincidence.
The writing has about as much descriptive flair as a technical manual. I found the world in this book to be dull and uninteresting and the motives for characters unbelievable. I did not like the unrelenting first person view. I tried to push on thru but after the text message reading, I’m done.
Listened to the previous books they were ok had a few laughs but this one I wish I returned it. There’s a talking dog if you were five years old maybe you would find it some what amusing but it was like having your teeth pulled truthfully I would have shot the stupid thing. Don’t..
One of the better end of day books that I’ve listened to. it was really realistic. Excellent narrator. Bobby has become one of my favorite authors.
This was a really funny book and the narrator was fantastic! Bloopers by Phil Thron at the end were a great surprise! Barry, keep it up, you sick SOB!!
Great story! Fails to disappoint! I had a hard time putting this one down. The story continues to mature well as the chapters roll by. Great narration! Please get the next installment out soon!
