I literally laughed out loud more time than I can count. funny stuff. I’ll definently be picking up the next one

like most characters you love, you hate when you Finnish the book and have to wait for the next one to come out. this book didn’t disappoint, some parts i had to back up and leason again cause i was laughing and didn’t want to miss a line.

Fun story. Enjoyed the premise and characters. Phil did a great job as usual. I can’t wait for the rest.

With Barry’s quick banter and absolutely fonking adorable phraseology expressed through Phil Thron’s amazing repitoire of voices, you really can’t help but have a joyful experience. Fun, quirky, and dad like characters with good narration. “I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.”

Somewhat funny, mostly cheesy. The F bombs didn’t bother me too much. Abusing God’s name was a bit more uncomfortable, but the abuse of Jesus’s name literally several hundred times was totally unnecessary. (Stay tuned for the outtakes at the end—they’re the funniest part.)

I’m gonna give anyone a Cal Carver guarantee they’ll like this book and entire series. It’s packed with adventure, villains, hero’s, and enough humor to make your sides hurt from laughing.

Let’s be honest. If you made it to the 4th book it’ because you liked the 1st three. This one does not disappoint with the same level of dark humor and sarcasm.

This appears like a children’s book so why do they swear so much in ot! The audio sample was deceptive because ot didn’t have any foul language in it. Please rate your books as 16+ if you are going to include swearing.

If you like the first in the series you will like this , the stupid no brainer jokes , simple story and just sit back and enjoy the antics continues
