read reviews on this story before I purchased it everybody raved about how funny and good it was I found it just okay wasn’t really that funny I may try one more but just to see if it gets better the first book seemed to kind of set the story so I’ll try one more..
The entire Space Team universe is just amazing. I actually think I might like Dan Deadman, especially Arti, even a little better. Phil Thron does a spectacular job with the whole series. If you actually want to laugh and be entertained, this is a must get.

I like Barry J. Hutchison humor and stories – they are fun, enjoyable with good characters – and a good distraction. I recommend.
This book was as fun as it was disappointing. Much of the humor referenced things that are too old for YA to know about but, as a Boomer, I found to be hilarious. What really ruined my experience with this book was the over use of the F-bomb and other curse words. The author but..

the narrator is so good and mixes in appropriate sound effects, and the writing is so dang funny!
I received this book from Audiobooks unleashed and I am leaving an unbiased review. Barry J Hutchinson just keeps killing it with his books. His world building is excellent, characters are distinct and sprinkles in the humor at just the right times. Phil Thron does an amazing job narrating. I can’t wait to hear more.
My soon-to-be 13 yo, along with his nearly 15 yo brother listened to the first 5 chapters before their mother heard the F word & stopped it. Turns out, that word was said multiple times, along with a descriptive scene during a rape! Deleted off device immediately.

I have never cared more for a protagonist than I did Josh in Benjamin W. Bass’s Alone in the Light. This one surprised me since it is not my normal genre; however, Bass created a character that could not be denied. The reading is one of the best I have heard this year.
