This series was boring from the start. I tried the first book to give it time to grow on me. I even listened to the beginning of the second. It was unnecessarily misogynistic. Not worth a listen.

Great series!! LOL funny, great MC’s and beautifully read. This series is perfect and better than anything on TV. I check for new “Barrys” everyday as I’ve read everything he has released on audible and you can always count on belly laughs and an awesome adventure . Well worth your time and credits!!

For a series that started out completely humorous, this story has smoothly transitioned to irreverent action adventure. What began as Monty Python meets Mad Max and Terry Pratchett has become Mad Max meets John Wick, with an undercurrent of Terry Pratchett. Definitely looking forward to more adventures. This a good and funny series – it’s fun to listen to. Granted…. I think there was a bit of filler in this one to get to the main point… still – I recommend!
