I loved this! I hope to hear more! I listened to the whole series and found it to be perfect. My kind of book.

While this story seemed to borrow character ideas from other popular books of the genre, the dialog was funny, and some of the “special weapons” situations were quite hilarious. There were no real lulls in the story, and it remained entertaining beginning to end. All together it made for an enjoyable listen.
This would be a fitting final chapter in the tale of the Librarian, but I sincerely hope it is not. this tale has entertained me, made me laugh, made me ponder questions about how I would act should the world end. To be the hero, reluctantly or not, is only a side thought, to do,..
as usual a hilarious installment of Space Team. Also, I’ve loved the last few books by this duo that have included outtakes at the end! I wish everyone did this.
This is a fun, entertaining series. I highly recommend it for those who are looking for something that is light and not intellectually challenging…. and you also like sci-fi. ?
I would certainly watch a movie or series made from this set. Great combination of action and comedy.
The story was interesting enough to hold my attention but the characters were shallow and the plot fairly obvious. The lead character is more annoying than charming and hard to like. This was at best a mediocre book and the performance was also mediocre. Not a bad narrator but not great either.
You’d think that after so many books this story would be getting old. In fact, I thought the last book was a good place to stop, but somehow the plot is just so dang complicated and convoluted in just the right proportions and Phil Thron is such a masterful narrator that I can’t stop listening.
If you are looking for a little comic relief from all the serious dramas and historical books you’ve been listening to, The Sidekicks Initiatives is it!
