the 1st book is interesting and fun. the writing has its weak moments but was overall pretty entertaining and funny. Did a good job mixing humor well into the action. Book 2 was weaker but still had some interesting ideas and was more or less entertaining. Book 3 is literally the fantasy of right wing..
An excellent performance of a well written story! The characters are engaging, the world interesting enough to leave a number of questions, and the main character is so sweet you just want to give him all the pats!
I absolutely love this author. I buy a lot of audible books and really enjoy the laughing part. These books are as funny as Jana DeLeons books and her Gerdie character. By the way I have 3600 books in my cloud library. Great job!
It continues to get better with each book! The magic system makes sense & the MC is intelligent which makes it easier to listen to. Airhead or dense MCs are the WORST!!!!

Scifi + Comedy + Memorable cast + Great fully casted voice acting + Thematic music and sound effects. Everything is top notch. This isnt an audiobook, itd an audio experience. Too bad the narrator seems to change in later books, he sounds perfect.

I think the rpg elements are nice, but the third person POV of the main character is somewhat boring which doesn’t get help from the boring performance of the book.
