Send a world very similar to fallout video games, this series follows the life of a character through the wastelands. Highly recommend for those who like post-apocalyptic fantasy.

The story could be good, however, it is derailed by too much technical explanations for his magic skills. Too much like a video game for me.

I picked this up to fill the time waiting for a book release in a series I follow. I usually avoid buying books that don’t have many reviews (for new to me authors) but I love Phil Thron’s narration so I took a chance. I enjoyed it so I’ll be getting the next book.

I’m glad favorite author Franklin Horton turned me into Bobby! I’ll be digging into all his series.
