Couldn’t finish the series after the narrator change with the 3rd book. I’ll try reading it instead.
This is my first Maizee Albright novel. She is Hollywood meets the South, and I loved it. Humorous, entertaining, and well plotted cozy mystery. Thank you, Larissa, for proving me with a free review audiobook! Can’t wait to listen to more.
Enjoyed the story. The author does a great job bringing the characters to life. Does have some language. Good narrator.

I think this is my favorite of the series. I love how Larissa Reinhart’s characters grow. Marie is still too hard on herself, but she is becoming much more self-aware. There is a brand new character that I hope we get to see more of on future books. I love the length of each book..

I enjoyed the story once it got going. It took a few chapters but then got very involved with loads of characters and twists.
What a fun book! I love all the craziness. I’m looking forward to the next one. Lots of great characters.

The secret he is trying to uncover (and keep from..
Give me a story about a girl and her dog and I’m immediately hooked. In this installment of the Maizie Albright series, Maizie has to share the spotlight with her new partner in crime…detecting. He’s a partner that she doesn’t want, but she does need to help her through this newest adventure. It’s a tale..
