The female narrator’s voice is killing the story for me. Too high pitched and better off reading childrens books. As for the story, it’s dragging along and filled with too much nonsense. I’ve skipped through so many parts to get to the point.

Love the writers descriptions. also so appreciate the writer’s steamy scenes; some writers are better than others and this one is on the better end. The twists and turns of this series keep it interesting for sure. Worth the credit!

I very much enjoyed the narrators as well as the story! An interesting take on a classic tale.
I was attempting to immersive read this and the physical book is different from the audio. Chapter 25 in the book was cut completely so the chapters in the audio no longer matched the book. Also, some lines were either cut or worded differently. Story itself wasn’t that bad though.
The story and narrators are amazing. The men are definitely dramatic and havd typical “I’m not good enough for you” vibes, but gotta love the classics. The main issue (not reeeeally an issue) is that the main problem for the book is fixed when the fmc has sex. If you are okat with foreplay only,..
The age gap wasn’t even what bothered me. Honestly, the references to children being abused was a little too much. The overall story was kind of was predictable when it came to who done it if you know what I mean. I wouldn’t recommend this book. Honestly kind of a letdown for a Kerri Lake..
