Good book. Fell flat in some places of the greater plot line. MMC was a little too dull and monotone most moments but overall it was a good book. Loved him essentially ridding her of her husband so he could take her for himself.
Emma Wells introduces the world to Cordelia Black, and I hope there are more of her stories to come! Fans of serial killer dramas like Dexter, will definitely be entertained by Cordelia and her monsters.
Book 1 with Holland and Beckham had me in rapt attention. The action, love, and the cute way they and the other characters related to each w made this a great read. I only expect as much from book 2.
