So the story initially seemed interesting enough and had my attention, but I could not tolerate this narrator. He sounds like Rick Steves. I had to give up.
I saw that the first eight books of this series were included with my Audible subscription, but wasn’t sold on the description. Then I saw a review that said something along the lines of “if you’re thinking about starting this book, do yourself a favor and just DO IT.” And holy heck, am I glad..
After devouring every last book in this series I gotta leave my review for those thinking of starting this. This book is very similar to a lot of good light novels. Worth Reading! I’ve not yet read the next books in the series so if that changes, I’ll change this.
