One of the best fantasy series I’ve read… Ever. I blasted through all 9 books in this series in just over 2 weeks. Thoroughly captivating story in an interesting setting. Characters were likeable and had realistic flaws and great character development. Just can’t say enough great things about this series.

It was okay, I’m not going to pursue any of the other books in the series. It’s a little hard to follow the story sometimes because there is no pause or any indication that the point of view is changing from one person to another. The narrator was also only so-so.

It was really great to see the growth and challenges faced by the characters. I love the complexity and world building. The narrator does a superb job bringing the story to life.

The characters mature and they develop a fierce friendship, face a common adventure and learn how to survive.

not much to say this deep in a series…what you need to know is that Will and Travis are still great at what they do and the series continues as it has so far, thus if you’re this deep you will enjoy this one too

holy epic training montage Batman!I enjoyed this book immensely, but half of it is a training montage and it’s frikkin epic!

if you liked the series this far you will enjoy this one too…even if I didn’t see it going in this direction
