This series is the best audio book series I’ve ever listened to. Brilliant story with brilliant narrator. I absolutely love the funny bits in the middle of the seriousness.
Couldn’t be more pleased. I’m always left wanting for the next floor and the next book. Book and audio are worth every minute of your time spent with Carl and donut.
The book continued to offer enjoyable outlandish battle sequences and zany character interactions, a hallmark of this series. However, the pacing slowed down and became somber and poignant during the section where each player faced their most traumatic revelations and fears. The exposition and world building was amply crafted and gave a definite Cuban feel..
This book deserves a Celestial Box as a reward. Narration continues to be fabulous as Jeff Hayes yet again kicks it out of the park. It helps that Matt Dinniman gives him prime(al) material to work with, making me laugh, cry, cringe, jump and leaving me already eager for book 7. World building continues to..
The series gets better with each book. Matt Dinniman does it again blending his crazy humor and creative LITRPG style to this genre.
I’ve been excited about this since I knew it was coming out I was not disappointed at all the storytelling keeps getting better and better I cannot wait for the next book and I have to wait for a while that is the only downside right now
