The narrator perfectly creates characters without being garish. The setting, the descriptions, the animals and people living together and separately. One of my favorite characters is Edwin the horse.

Loved it! Thought it was over about half way through and was apprehensive about the author’s ability to keep me engrossed. Should never have worried. warm and cuddly experience.
That was a fun listen. I recommend going in blind. Just enjoy the ride. Great narration by Travis Baldree of course. Good dog.
