The story took forever to get into and not a great plot twist of an ending. Sad I wasted my credit on it for sure
Not worth my free credit

The story took forever to get into and not a great plot twist of an ending. Sad I wasted my credit on it for sure
I couldn’t stop listening, loved the characters and the readers were great.. But the story was fun and packed with intrigue and baking. Loved it
The narrators were great and the story was funny, entertaining, and baking-centric. Very enjoyable listen.
I always appreciate stories that have multiple voice actors but I just couldn’t get past the voice for Stella. Thank goodness the others really seemed engaging. Storyline is very unique and interesting insight on Netflix’s biggest baking show (purely fictional). I do think this book deserves more stars than others have given it.
The story is actually pretty silly, but the performances are very good. Like listening to an old radio show. An ok listen but I can’t say I would recommend.
I felt like I was watching GBBOC with Paul Hollywood, the contestant who wore the intense red lipstick.. what was her name? Enjoyed the story!
I couldn’t stop reading this book. Well written, good plot, If you are a fan of the great British baking show, you will like this even more
had high expectations given the premise but narration was flat. difficult to finish given the mystery is easily figured out early on
I was looking forward to this book but the narration is horrific, really had to force myself to finish it!
Similar to the British Bake Show, The Golden Spoon is a televised baking show but with a murder most foul. I loved how the book is told through each contestant’s point of view giving us insight into their distinct personalities as we discover more and more about their insecurities, quirks, and desires. It all leads..
