I wasn’t sure when I started listening but not too far in I was hooked. what a wonderful story. you won’t regret it!

I liked that there were different voices for different characters They did an excellent job Understanding Sybil’s life from her letters was brilliant! I loved how she made friendships through her letters I highly recommend this book I think listening to it was a huge benefit

Makes letter writing a necessary thing of the past become a desire of the here and now. I hope all ages will read and discover the joy of words and paper again.

Achingly beautiful story about a long life, her work, friendships, family, acquaintances, grief, regrets, and triumphs told through her habit of correspondence.

I loved this story! I’ve read a lot of the books they spoke about but I’m excited to read a few new ones. The story was written in letters, it was a welcome change of pace. The narration was excellent. Do not pass up!

Charming. An elderly lady who communicates with beautiful letters. She writes to avast array of people. This book is not to be missed. Wonderful. I loved it!

I can’t tell you how many books I’ve picked up and couldn’t finish…this one grabbed me and didn’t let go! Yummy.

I loved the way in which you learn about these people through story telling among each other and how connected to their thoughts you feel by the end. It’s a beautiful story and one I will be purchasing for a friend for Christmas.
