Loved listening to a person’s life unfold through correspondence with others. Watching a person grow and learn as they age and experience the different phases of life. Such a beautiful story depicting how we are all never too old to learn something new and to embrace who we are with all of our faults.

I like the story but it took a while to get into the book. It was hard to forge thru in the beginning.
I really enjoyed the story and didn’t stop.It was predictable but engaging and had a satisfying ending.
It took a while to get the rhythm of this story, and it seemed disjointed, but as it started to come together it was wonderful to see the growth in the characters! Very clever storytelling!
I loved this book. I have never read a story told by reading letters. Very well done and a beautiful story of life!
Wonderfully produced audiobook. It’s been a longtime since a book has gripped me and brought me to tears.
Absolutely amazing book!! Listen on audible and it was great. Never saw that ending coming and it was so great.
The many characters had you wondering what was coming next. Sometimes I thought there were too many characters and were not tied together by the end.
It must be a masterful feat to have written a book entirely composed of letters that is impossible to put down. A “page-turner” of a character exploration, and a very intimate portrait of a life through a very intimate lens. I was very sad to let Sybil go at the end. Thank you.
