This book has a totally different format then my usual reading type. It was so deep and so involved. Many characters and many different plots and the amazing reference to so many amazing books I’ve read. I fell deep into this book and I finished it very quickly. Worth a second read . Loved it..

The loss of Sybil’s sight correlated to her son’s death, it was preventable. It is karma,not realizing the simple slivers of what matters. At first the format was a little confusing keeping track of the characters. As I read along these individuals started coming alive. As the reader I began looking forward to reading the exchange of letters which gave so much insight into the writer’s character. Beautifully done!
Wonderful story but audio version not ideal. Chapter headings difficult to navigate and audible reading of addresses is tedious.
