Sybil sitting at her writing desk, composing all of those letters and in such beautiful carefully worded language will forever be in my mind. I like the fact that I listened to it on audible and in this case, I think, for me, added a great deal to the book and the cast was superb!..

I loved this story! I laughed out loud, I put my hand to my heart and found myself so enamored with Cybil and her raw honesty. This is an easy listen and you will not regret it!
If you like Didion, you’ll love this. Much better writing displayed flawlessly. Her token black profesor, token gays, neurodivergent character, and child of holocaust characters checked all the ESG / DEI goals. She’ll be invited to all the best parties with those boxes checked.
