A multi-layered story about love, snd self-discivery, with a dash of time travel and a sprinkling of quirky characters thrown in.
Amazing. Unique format for a book. The narration of the various characters made the pages truly come alive.
Such a clever book and even more fun to listen with the wide variety of talented voices. I’m so sad it’s over.
I loved every second of this book. Such a clever way to tell a story giving so much insight into Sybil through her correspondence with both acquaintances and family and friends. Love the nod to being a book lover as well. The story is fabulous as is the narration of each character. Highly recommend!
This book was beautifully written. poignant and moving. I absolutely loved it and look forward to reading more of the author!
What an incredible book. Sybil will be the friend we cannot forget. As her story unfolds through many letters to friends, family members, writers, and other celebrities, a woman of many facets is revealed. The references to many other novels is a treat for book clubbers. Grief and the messiness of family relationships are explored..
I smiled, laughed, cried – felt so much as I read this story. It is now a favorite of mine – and forever will be. Wonderful book.
