Beautiful, inspirational tribute to letter writing. I loved watching Sybil use writing to examine her life and process her and take back control over secret trauma that was eating her alive. This is one of the best books I’ve ever read.

I loved everything about this book and recording! I felt that I know Sybil and the characters were true to life-real.

The correspondences in this story are one moment frivolous and the next heartbreaking and everything in between.

I enjoyed this book and especially the audio. It brought the characters to life. It is a true thought as we get older we look back on our accomplishments and failures. A wonderful story that had me laughing, crying and looking back on my own life.

I have no idea why this book is so popular.The main character was pretentious and unlikable and rather pathetic. The narration vocal modulation reinforced this.

It’s all emails/letters. Not to my taste at all. Too much fanmail to other authors.

Enjoyed the story form of love triangle combined with scientific experiments and personal experience involving psychotropics.
