My only complaint as audiobook is the reading of addresses and email addresses. Hard copy can skim. Overall good story!
This book had so many twists and turns! I was kept on my toes the entire time! I didn’t see any of that coming although I probably should have because of my thoughts at the beginning of the book (which I won’t share as to not spoil.) This book does not get enough hype! Give..
Cannot get interested in this book. Terribly slow and the style of letter writing is annoying to listen to. I cannot understand all the good reviews.
I will remember this book for a very long time. Discovering the character of Sybil was such a moving journey. The worst and best of us. LOVED IT.
I liked the idea of letters being written back and forth between a group of people, but something was emotionally lacking to me. Narration: was good. I liked they had so many people play the different characters so it wasn’t so goofy sounding.
I enjoyed much of this, but it was a little difficult to make myself finish it. I just didn’t get that interested in the outcome of any specific character. I suppose that’s good, because there wasn’t much resolution
The story ended and I felt so down. I think the snippet with Larry McMurtry was foreshadowing of all the bad things allowed to happen to all the characters. Only read if you are in good head space to hear a depressing story.
