I found the story entertaining and also informative about the experience of moving to senior living facility. But the protagonist would have been better cast as 82 than 72.
Good story, but 72??

Love this book, the story, the wrap up at the end. Refreshing because so different than what I’ve read before. The 5min sample was weird and I almost didn’t purchase because of it, but I’m so glad I did. The narrators were very good.
I’ve been taught to be a sovereign citizen my entire life but not in THIS way and truly it’s the ONLY way to declare your sovereign self. Not outwardly that you can do whatever you want everywhere you don’t reside but inwardly YES YOU CAN. Amen for this book!
The story itself was good & the narrators definitely made it come to life! I just found it hrs to get into. A bit too much inner dialogue. Pretty slow for me.
I found the beginning a little slow and worrisome. That’s probably because I’m in the same age range as Mrs Plansky. But in the end, it was just a delightful ride. Highly recommend.
I really enjoyed the easy, relevant (though implausible) and fun listen with a sweet ending! Excellent narration!
Our heroine, in an uncomfortable place of questioning her identity and value, rides headlong through a time rift and lands at the feet of (an attractive) King Arthur. Impractical boots and all. Although everything that mattered yesterday is swept away for a new set of concerns as she survives to navigate the intricacies and intrigues..
Petrea Burchard masterfully transports the listener to the legendary world of King Arthur! This well-researched and entertaining time-travel novel had me laughing out loud, but there is also a sense of poignancy as we go on a journey of self-discovery with the disillusioned protagonist, Casey. Petrea’s adept narration is spot on, with a highlight being..
Written so well; easy listening. Like having a conversation w/a good friend. I will listen again so, as I continue to pray. THaNKYou!!!
Predictable, mostly dull. Definitely not the pizzaz of Quinn’s usual style. Good performance by the reader.
