I too want to be like Agnes when I get old or even now. Friendship is a wonder thing to have
Great friends funny & whitty

Feuding, small town gossip, relationship troubles, festivals, and friendship are all part of Carolyn Brown’s first foray into women’s fiction. And folks, she hit it out of the ballpark. I wasn’t but a few pages in that I was delighted by the characters and town with their separate stories that come together in the end…
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Audio was easy to listen to and the bookWas so much fun. I highly recommend it.
What an amazing book. I LOVE how Carolyn Brown weaves a story of love and humor together. The narrator was amazing and warm and I can hardly wait for the next book.
It covers it in quite detail, including all the houses & signs it may fall under. However she groups things together that may seem odd for the listener. I honestly believe the way she tries to describe a lot of these traits through the North Node, is delusional.
I am a Carolyn Brown fan but this book was a little trashy and another old lady narrator ruined the voices of young women. Not much good Texas drawl. Ending was without closure or surprise
The antics of Aunt Agnes were laugh out loud hilarious and the narrator perfectly captured what I imagine Violet would have sounded like. LOVED this book!
Slow going , all I can say is meh. hard to get through. Narrator wasn’t what I expected. Sorry, this one didn’t work for me
A great book, beautifully performed. don’t hesitate if you’re interested in drugs, chemistry, or a good bit of history of psychedelics.
