It’s nice to have an easy listening LitRPG. The story is quite wholesome and the characters are charming. Honestly, this book would make for a great intro to the genre for listeners new to GameLit.
Soundbooth Theater productions always provide top tier narrators and sound effects. Like using slight reverb to distinguish internal monologues from conversations and using slight echoes when people are yelling to each other across a field. As well as, of course, great performances.
I’ll look forward to a sequel.
