A Burn so Deep is the first book in The Saints of Serenity series. This is my first book by this author and I loved every minute of it. I couldn’t put the book down. I had to keep listening to see what happened next.
This book is about Briar, Cole, Travis, Sawyer, and Asher. Briar returns home after a summer away to realize her mother has remarried and has a new husband and stepson. Briar unintentionally meets said stepson and his friends at a party.
Something happens at this party, that makes her new stepbrother want nothing to do with her. Briar is a strong heroine, and I loved every minute of this book. She is put through the wringer and fights her way through everything that is thrown at her.
I can’t wait to see how her story ends up, and if she gets her happy ending.
