I’m going to rank this as one of my all time favorite audiobooks. I loved the multiple readers and POVs. It’s masterfully done. I love a good epistolary novel. It provides snippets of someone’s life and the people they care about. The author, Virginia Evans, reveals everything at just the right pace. The main character, Sybil, is charming and real. She’s lived a full life, had a successful career, and enormous heartbreak. Her correspondence with the people in her life give you insight into both her inner thoughts and the ways she is perceived by others. I will listen to this one again. This was a bookclub pick by another member of my group, and it was a great one.
