I highly recommend this book. I’m envious of those who can articulate with such ease and perfection. In particular the story captures a woman in the “winter” of her life who has the mind and enthusiasm of a much younger person. She does a wonderful job of telling her present state along with reminiscing her past through letters to family and friends. As she continues to write, she comes to terms with regret, tragedy and also the unexpected joys of her later years.
