I used to like this series, but the last book and now this one have really killed it for me. I am struggling just to finish, only 5 hours left of it and I am simply hating it. It feels like the author is trying to be super edgy and dark but is failing horribly… His use of dead children is overplayed and rather boring now. The narrator makes it even worse with his whiny voices… It’s so bad now. I wish I could return all these book now… Waste of money.
