This was a short, insta-love, forbidden, steamy age gap story. I have found that often, short stories are harder to get an emotional response from the reader/listener and this one falls into that category for me. It happens so quickly that I didn’t get invested in the characters. There’s a bit of drama with a HEA. I just wished it had been longer. But it perfect if you don’t have a lot of time.
Bryant Walker and Cecily Foster are excellent narrators. They made this easy to listen to with emotional performances.
