Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
I may be disappointed that there are only 4 books in the series. This is a gripping story that I find myself relating to at every chapter. I definitely would recommend.
What did you like best about this story?
The scenes are very realistic and relate to current technology and luxuries of the American society and the shock to the populace when the “hand to mouth” system fails.
Which scene was your favorite?
When Ellen must finish the job Pete has started. Later she realizes she does have what it takes to kill a man.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I find myself talking to the characters often. I am realizing more profoundly that I am not ready to meet a national crisis like this. I do believe that this story can really happen.

I cannot wait for the next book.
