Seriously, these books are getting better and better. What do you mean I have one more book in this series? I am NOT ready.

Deal with the Devil was so unexpected I can’t even… Idk what I expected from Mori’s story but it certainly wasn’t this. What I got was even better tho.

Mori and River are absolutely delicious together. The grumpiest of all Luci’s sons got to be with this absolute menace of a mage. This really was a match made in hell. 🤣

River is giving Mori a run for his money and the way he keeps him on his toes is hilarious A F. Him and Harlow are definitely gonna cause some drama llama together in the most spectacular fashion. These m0f0s won’t even know what hit them.

These books, all of them are both character and plot driven, but this book was somehow different. I think the reason was because book 4 is going to be a MMM and not everyone is into that ( I don’t get it but whatever ) and this book had somehow felt like a conclusion to the series in case you don’t wanna read Dagon’s book.

In this book we also got to meet other characters that will have their own books in the future and I cannot wait. This really was a roller-coaster. We got from h0rny to crying to laughing out loud to crying again. It was gogogogogo and then pause then gogogogogo again. I didn’t get even one minute to get bored.

The plot ( the overarching plot ) thickens and I can’t wait to see how the seer’s premonition will be brought to life.

As I mentioned in my previous two reviews, ofc I will not let this go even in this one… DIMITRI, MY DEAR, THE ANGEL THAT YOU ARE. Oh, Lord, I will never get tired of you showing up always, always, always for Dagon, but what you did for Mori and Eric… myeah, let me go sob now cuz wth? That was so freaking thoughtful.

Joel Leslie and Dan Calley did an exceptional job at bringing these characters to life, as always, but… as I always say these stories are set in the UK so the audiobooks are read with a Brit accent.
