I couldn’t stop listening; I hoped for certain story lines, I shed tears at others, and cheered quietly at particular outcomes. This is a novel that pulls you in with a yearning to know what will be read in the next piece of correspondence. This will be among the books I pull from the shelf every few years to read again.
