I loved this story. As someone who lost a caregiver early in my college career, I think Marin’s character is very relatable– especially given the more extraordinary circumstances of her grandfathers death. Also MILD SPOILER: I loved the subtleness and understated way that the author included the characters queerness in the story without making it a *LGBTQ* plot or book. Especially the inclusion of both a lesbian and a bi/pansexual characters. One of my favorite “reads” in a long time.
