The character focus and developement remains peak. The story was a fun ride. David Stifel is gives a great performance as always. The litrpg portion is a little light this time around but still remains true to a 50:50 ratio. A line that sticks out to me in this book is ‘a great story has no side characters’ and I feel like all the characters got a fair squeeze despite most of them having their own side books. Except for poor Frank. mans had like 3 lines in the whole book. Still. Great addition to the series would recommend.
