A great sequel to DCC. I felt that this book really tried to develop the world and characters a bit more than the first. There was still a lot of the very silly jokes and all, but they tried to play up the humanity in this book with quest NPCs, struggles of other humans in the world, and the plight of some of those that have found themselves victim of the dungeon. A great and fast paced action book that has me ready for book three!
