Several voices are incomprehensible. Story is tedious and boring, even the characters complain about the blandness of the story line, the author warns you that the new rules are rules are going to be long and tedious, and it was warranted. If the author saw the problem, why just plant a flag on it instead of fixing it? The setup was for serious character development and emotional conflict, but instead just shrugged it off and moved on. Threw a bunch of characters at us, but didn’t bother developing secondary character depth at all. The whole book was just setup for the last 40 minutes, a filler book.
The audio was also bad. Several characters were incomprehensible with normal listening volumes and I’d have to stop and cup my hands over my earphones l, and even then couldn’t understand all of it. I don’t mind the small audio gimics, but the voice modulation was terrible.
The only goof part was the end, the promise that the next will be better. I’m not sure I trust the author anymore, though.
