It’s 5 am and I haven’t slept yet. That should be a good enough review.
But seriously every single installment of this series is insane in the best way. The timing of the plot, the reveals about what’s going on in the world outside the dungeon or the looks into characters outside Carl and Donut are perfectly placed to make it impossible to put the book down and go to sleep.
Sometimes I find a large series and I wonder “How could the author possibly fill so many books without getting boring or repetitive?” That is not the case here. I honestly don’t know if 10 books is going to be enough. Holy shit. Just holy shit.
