The in-depth details of Tommy John / UCL surgery were very good. From the very first surgery to where we are today. With a book this long, I was hopeful for more stories involving the success (and non-success) of the hundreds and thousands, and that impact on their careers. Unfortunately, there was too much centered around Daniel Hudson and Paul Coffey. Good stories on the two, but for a book this long, there was too much dedicated to two athletes I did not care to hear that much about.
